I had a really cool and stylish room with a great bathroom and all the facilities I needed-honestly, I couldn't have asked for more. The food was delicious overall. Plus, all the staff were friendly and nice. 😊.

Had great 3 nights in this hotel that's why I enjoyed that. I had a large room with an amazing painted ceiling and all the paintings, for example. Residential location was a plus. And its at a short distance from Porto di Mare Eskimo, ate there once or twice. The service was amazing, that made the property lovely old place. Besides, there was parking nearby.

Had a fairly nice stay during our visit, everything was good. The setting was decent, right by Ponte Vecchio, a nice stroll along the Arno river, many restaurants to choose from and Florence and Siena.

The hotel's location next to the historical part of Florence was fantastic. It was great having many restaurants to choose from in the area. the room amenities like central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV were delightful. the spacious bedrooms were a nice bonus. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
